We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor/ Assistant PM to oversee electrical construction projects from start to finish.

Job Summary

Electrical Supervisor/ Assistant PM needed for Electrical / HVAC / Plumbing Contractor in Riviera Beach. Manage 4 on-going residential projects. *MUST SPEAK ENGLISH Need to be well versed in NEC code, Journeyman Card a plus but not required. Must be able to read and decipher electrical, architectural, and site blue prints. Must be able to use smart phone and tablet for applications for time management and plan reading etc while in field setting. Will be responsible to adhere to contractor's scheduling of completion dates and inspections, prepare change orders, request materials for purchase, red line plans, be proficient in Bluebeam and Excel, prepare permits & schedule inspections, assist with monthly pay apps. Must have good communication skills to be able to communicate with GC, and inspectors. Supervise the Foreman, sub contractors, material control, job efficiency, push production, problem solving, etc. Hours Monday-Friday 7-4:30, will be required to go to job sites as needed. Company vehicles will be provided when needed to go to job sites.

Duties

• Plan, organize, and manage all phases of electrical construction projects.
• Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure scope accuracy.
• Develop project schedules, manpower loading, and material procurement plans.
• Monitor job progress, budgets, and costs; issue weekly progress and cost reports.
• Work closely with foremen, electricians, and department managers to ensure productivity and quality.
• Conduct regular site visits to verify progress and resolve technical or schedule issues.
• Prepare material take-offs (MTOs) and coordinate with vendors for timely deliveries.
• Assist with project budgets and subcontractor agreements.
• Maintain up-to-date project documentation including as-builts and closeout materials.
• Support field teams in problem-solving and resource allocation.
• Manage change orders, RFIs, and submittals in coordination with GC and clients.
• Lead project meetings and provide status updates.
• Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Enforce company safety policies and ensure compliance with OSHA standards.
• Support site teams in maintaining safe work environments.

Skills

• Proficiency in ProCore and Bluebeam for project management and documentation.
• Strong understanding of construction management principles and practices.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and contracts effectively.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven track record of meeting deadlines.
• Strong project coordination capabilities with an emphasis on communication and teamwork.
• Prior experience in construction site environments is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5–10 years of experience managing commercial or multifamily electrical projects.
• Strong knowledge of NEC, NFPA, and local codes.
• Proficient in project management software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.).
• Strong budgeting, scheduling, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
